We never mention our cleaning method to new customers. They're paying for clean windows at the end of the day so the way I see it it's up to us how we clean them. The only thing that gets tradded are the insides.

Spot on, customers are paying for result not method. You want to dictate method its going to cost a lot more.

its defo faster to trad some ground floor work.esp big plate glass windows.seem to be forever rinsing in hot weather.easier to just soap up and squeegee!!
