mate i had that with a plan mine went up from £475 to £663 the robbing gits and that's with 9 years no claims. sorry i have not been more help but i am sure some one will be along shortly that can give more advice. dave

My car insurance has gone up £180 in a year mate. Found out yesterday. Blame the bogus claim bastads. Ya don't have to look much further than them bud. Tempted to join them myself. Yep 9 years no claims too.

shopped around and couldn,t get anything cheaper than   a plan  just had to stomoch the 50%  hike in premiums .

Shocking Trevor. I'm showing an interest in your post cos I'm gobsmacked by the hike. Don't seem that many others are surprisingly. What's next?? Another 40-50% next year??
