There's a great way to stop getting annoyed with idiot custies. Go out and stick another 30 custies into your round dump/replace the idiot custies. and the problems start to go away. Get more work than you can handle and whoever turns out to be an idiot custy needs to find another window cleaner.

We all get 'em, but after a while, you get abit mellow about it and can't really remember why they P'd you off.

If they come back to you after you've dropped them, then you can enjoy telling them they can go on your waiting list, but it could take a while.
