when i first bought the hydras if i had a problem they would send out replacements straight away (well 7days which is like brodex next day!)
I bought 3 poles in november from one of their offers.
within 3 months pretty much all my pole clamps had snapped, 2 brush heads are un useable as the plastic moulded jets have snapped. section clamps have snapped in half. the pole hose has multipule holes like a watering can.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and chopped and changed things to get us working. took pictures and sent them to them. been told its with the warrenty department

and that i would be informed by the end of the day.
That was on the 7th of this month! :

I guess i'm just getting the brush off then. So this 3 year guarentee. are they allowed to use it as a marketing tool? cause lets face it thats why i bought them. i thought my everyday pole worry's were over. I think it must be against the trade description act or something? I am a bit bored with dealing with this issue.
