If it works, I'll post you two flow controllers total value about £160; and one of them does a split charge relay thing to recharge your leisure battery.

Oh i also have a tap before one of the reels for when im working as a one man so theres not loads of pressure build up in the reel not being used.

As i said before copper piping is brill for all this, hose slids over it tight and just dubilee clip up

If you have an SLX and want to sometimes add a section you can also help with airlocks. Put a small john guest fitting in your pole hose about two inches from the connector with the hose reel microbore hose.

If you get an airlock - especially when you've let the water run low then when you've topped up disconnect at this point and suck the hose to assist the water coming through. Simples.
