Hi,

I'll give you the prices we've worked to for a three bed house for the last five years, for probably the UK's largest three building companies:

Build clean: £150
Reclean: £85
Sparkle: £45

Can't do more that for you. Bear in mind you need a lot of sites on the go to make decent money.

Cheers,

Hue

Hi Darren

Don’t forget to put a disclaimer in for scratched glass
They will try to get you for every thing

Other trades will damage the glass

price is treble what a normal house will be

Also bear in mind whether your cleaning a development of 20 houses or a block of 500 apartments.

franky that is normal the three clean thing that is,

the first clean is the worst, the second is once the final tradesmen have finished and the last is when the property's are on the market or sold I can't remember

or that is the plan but doesn't always work out like that ;)

thats good pricing Huw, I was well under that on my last quote and still didn't get it
