URGENT! BOOSTER PUMP HELP??

hi all i have a 4040 ro thats been running fine off a 100 psi shurflo ass its booster for ages say 3 years but it packed up and i deicded to buy a mains booster pump as alot of people use these its the tanked version



but cant seem to get it to work for more than a couple minute so no pure water coming out

any help much appreciaated

currently its running


had it running

mains booster --------prefilters------ro----di------nothing coming out

but alot of pressure on the waste in both cases

dont think you should have the prefilters after the pump...it could damage the filters! also have a look at your solenoid switch!

where would the solenoid swith be ... it build up pressure but then tank fills up  thats its no water comes out the ro

pressure is reading at 45 psi

tap pressure 23-25psi

On the brass connector at the top of the pump, where the pressure gauge is there is a small black box. It will have wires going into it. You need to remove a screw or nut and remove the cover of the black box. Make sure the pump is not live or plugged in. You will see two adjustable nuts in there which have springs behind them. Screw the larger of the nuts all the way in as far as it will go and slacken the smaller one right off.
 Order of things should go Tap> pump>pre filters> RO>
