I really wouldnt use a pressure washer on a conservatory roof.
I,ve got a (rich)customer that has tried to penny pinch on my job fee & got her husband to jet the roof - the roof cells are full of moisture where he's blown the joints  ::)

The roof I was talking about was a house roof when PW fascias.    If the water would go in under tiles.
