« on: April 07, 2011, 04:58:25 pm »
nothing wrong with that at all!

ciu is great for new guys - wish i had a forum to use when we first started out ...

be very interesting to see if there was to be 'pro' section and new section - how many companies would be in the 'pro' section.

what do you consider makes a pro in a unregulated industry where no qualifications are required !

rubbish!

so a dodgy plumber with no safe gas skills or insurance etc - can charge someone money, get paid and then they are a pro?

after doing an unsafe job etc ....

Its not really rubbish, as a rule in sport, an amateur is somebody who does not get paid but a professional does the same job for money, so perhaps thats also the case with work, whatever job you do but before anyone says anything, volunteers dont count, because they just dont!

you get good and bad professionals in all trades, look up the word professional in its true context, I am not saying weather its right , wrong or indifferent thats not the point.

Earning money is earning money, you have good professionals and bad professionals, the bad ones don't last, but until then they are still earning money.

Anyways just worry about what your doing, who cares whats the others are doing, thats your ego controling your mind and emotions.

Concentrate on your work and your own personal work goals, otherwise its a
Self-fulfilling prophecy looking to happen.

Amen
