Ok...as some may know when I started I recorded everything about my new round...even down to km's per euro earned, in fact just about everything and then when the round was doing well 'in my eyes' I have just been plodding and getting a little down about it. As someone else wrote on here not so long ago "I like being a window cleaner but sometimes I don't like cleaning windows".
So this year I have started watching the numbers again to see where I can make more money whilst not sacrificing too much of my non work time which I do really enjoy having.
This week I have started timing myself...not trying to race but just timing myself doing the jobs as I would normally do them....
Now I know we don't talk numbers on here as we would be burnt at the stake for this sin but ...jolly hocky sticks I have been calculating the:
Time from home to returning home & Actual time worked (out of seat back into seat) and I am absolutely flabbergasted at the numbers coming back as earnt per hour....wow...If I told you the number I would be flamed for telling porkies to big my self up but..I sit here smiling thinking how lucky I am to have such a wonderful job where I can make my own decisions.
Yes I have some days where the money is nowhere near the top marks but this weeks numbers and time actually worked has surprised me beyond belief.
So to all that may be struggling ...plod on...the treasures out there!.
