Public Liability to include Sub contractors

Ok guys - just updating our insurance and we are now going to use some one on a sub contract basis,
been onto the insurance co. and been quoted £600 - now thats triple than my current PL insurance.

any1 else have PL which includes subby ? - if so, is £600 about right, or should i be looking elsewhere?

Thats is true and they have however we have been informed that should something go wrong we are liable
not the subby and therefore our PL insurance needs to cover us + any sub contractor.

things are never as straightforward as you think!

try stephen ayre at G.T.Insurance, he is very helpful, his number is 0115 9394747, we have started going to him now as helpful and competetive, all our vans are with stevel,
