sorry, but going to be pedantic here.

  There, or they're?

  Over there or they are?

Or maybe their, as in it is their house.

im noticing a lot of my regular customers have bird muck on a least one or two windows during spring/summer.also quite a few are having building work and landscaping jobs which add up to dirtier windows.the wind also has an effect esp on work that have farmers fields directly behind them.

also you find that even though they look clean when you start to scrub the water turns brownish which indicates dirt being washed off!

they do stay cleaner for longer compared to trad though.still i tell my customers they pay me to keep them clean!! ;) ;D
price higher/work harder!

You can look from the outside on some windows and they will look clean, look from the inside and they won't be. But of course you can't always get access to the inside. The idea of window cleaning is to keep the windows as clean as possible, not to wait until they are minging :)
