I have just opened the invoice from Ionics for a new hot pump for our Thermopure system

including VAT and £15 delivery they want £178.28p well im sending it back and im going to fit a shure flow pump

im also going to close my account with them and NEVER buy a single thing from them again

Ionics systems i hope you read this, you should be ashamed of yourself

i hope pure freedom put you out of business..........im finished with ionics for good

i have wiped me hands with them too after buying thousands of pounds worth of goods from them and always paying etc they closed my credit account over a 9quid bill overdue for 60 days.

Well you obviously didn't always pay them, as you said they shut your account, not the other way around.

what i meant was was when id need something else like colour change vessel n had my bank card handy id pay the outstanding fee it was hardly gna cripple them besides i usually pay just sometimes out on a job no card on u n u need a part sendin next day
