not slagging anyone off! - just explaining my luck i guess.

bought a clx pole - great pole! but i had one of the dodgy batch - just my luck!

sent it back to have all new clamps and re glued - thought id get them to do it so i knew it was done right ....

sent it back on monday - told be back with you by friday, made a small order of ez snaps etc to come back with the pole.

so today i come back to check if its back yet - fed ex card on the floor - go out to my utility cupboard to get my pole and small order.

suprise suprise!! no pole!!! just small order!! been a pole down all week! now gonna have to wait even longer now!!!

rang gardiners - think they are closed, rang fed ex - 'we havent got your pole'

so to the point i buy a product that is faulty - it ends up costing me a lot of money!!

you should of just glued your clamps back on yourself mate!its a 10 min job!!very easy to do yourself!!!i broke a clx clamp by overextending it after 2 weeks.rang them up and had the glue the next morning and was ready to rumble the day after!!

what pole have you been using as back up pal?

as we have staff we have a few poles...

some old crappy fb poles used for con roof etc

few hydra alloy poles for 30ft odd stuff etc

and i like to use the clx for day to day stuff.

The Office is open today until 5pm.  I've just given them a ring and Laura has confirmed that the pole was sent out yesterday with Fedex (as promised).  According to Fedex, they have marked the shipment as delivered.  Laura will be ringing you on your mobile to help further.

no after some even more help from the gardiners office - fed ex have got it - somewhere.

poor service from fed ex - stating to supplier ie Gardiners - that it had been delivered when it hasnt.

just like to clarify that my rant post was not at Gardiners and at the del company ....

Gardiners still do the best poles imo
