Replied on the other forum so cut and paste -

Might need a rust remover depending on the water that came out, or a de-browner/acidic spotter for the water mark.
Had mould yesterday albeit on a man made and it was completely dried out, used M Power, approx 10-15mins and it came straight out.
Personally would try both with M Power first.

On a manmade then this will usually just rinse out with any product. Unfortunately with wool its a different matter. Especially if there is mould present indicating that it has been wet for a period of time. Is it mould or just staining from the heating water?
Rinse through with a suitable detergent then use rust and iron mould remover on any remaining staining. Check the integrity of the wool fibres because if they have been wet for some time they may be unstable and deteriorate during the extraction process.
Colloidal cleaners are also quite good on these types of stains.

Be very careful. Go at it nice and easy, CFR hand tool and don't over wet.
I had a BAD wickback from the same thing last year. It didn`t look that bad, cleaned up fine. The next morning I got the phone call, I went round, sure enough a
nasty stain that would not shift.
Then the grief started. The NCCA got involved and judged in my favor.
A hassle you can do without. Must admit I`m a bit parra about radiators now.  ;D
Good Luck and let us know how you get on.
