i find fairy is the good old trusty stuff but it does like to let dirt stick to it quick... wfp you dont get that at all.

trad i would just stick with what you like - aint broke blah blah blah

can be wfp for under £500 and no need for a van to start with ... just because its not a top end ionics system the result are still the same - clean windows.

you could get a backpack and some water barrels

i use fairy alot but i also use "evans high class" i think it goes even further than fairy, it doesnt soap up so much and its not as sticky i reckon!

ive tryed unger soap as well but it didnt seem good value for money and i hated the smell, it was a little bit like sick  :-X

I allways use GG4 or glimmer clean if they are out of gg4, the gg4 works out cheaper.
if you live in a soft water area you should use GG3, if hard then you are right with GG4 but up the dilution forget the 2 Ml per ltr or even the 4 ml per ltr up to about 6 Ml per ltr and forget the sorbo.
I have found diferent rubbers have an efect, im using ettore at moment no probs had probs with unger rubber though

i have both gg3 and squeegee off.i find the squeegee off better as it glides better.you have to use too much gg3 to get a good slip.

squeegee off is cheaper and will be the only detergent i will buy when the gg3 runs out(which will be a while as im only 20% trad).

i used fairy for years but its just too sticky and not a patch on proper window cleaning detergents IMO.
price higher/work harder!
