since the introduction of WFP the big boys have seen an opening with commercial window cleaning, when it was traditional it was very hard for them to get well trained ladder men who could cover the work but it is very easy to train someone to WFP and they can get away with paying very low rates of pay, i think that commercial window cleaning will go the same way as office cleaning which pays very low wages and also has pretty low profit margins i dont think this will effect domestis window cleaning immediately but in a few years i think ones who have been employed by these big companies and are used to working for peanuts may decide to start on their own and these are the ones that will bring prices down
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

Definitely. The two we lost were because the offices were closing as they were centralising and no new tenants on the horizon. Were at another one today and the area manager was sniffing around trying to suss out costs. Domestics the way to go I think
