Ford Connect. Tape or cd player?

Mine is an 04 plate with a crap cassette player fitted. Does anyone know if theres a compatible cd player that can be fitted instead. God rid of all my tapes years ago!!

ye just takes standard ford cd player. got a tape adapter with aux wire and use ipod/phone tho ;D

ok, no worries, only the radio and cassette console on Connect is ginormous.

Get dash adapter from halfords, then takes STD size cd unit,
I got a cheap Sony with Bluetooth, works great.

Was at a Ford dealer lately. Nearly laughed myself sick when I saw they had cassette players in as standard. ;D

if you got an mp3 why not get one of those transmitters you plug it into ? you then tune the vans radio to the frequency you've selected (even cd's are a bit old fashioned these days )  got mine in argos for £20

i went to halfords and bought a philips cem 3000 stereo for my van yesterday.great for linking my ipod.can play cds,plus radio and 32 different LED colours to choose from!!! ;) ;D ;D

its too flashy for my van really but i like to have music in my van! ;D ;D ;D ;D

tape players still being fitted in 04 thats ridiculous, they might aswel fit a gramaphone!
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.
