As title says, I need too give a one off clean price but judging by the state of them even if they sign up too a regular clean I will still charge high for first clean anyway, but what shall I charge for the first clean then a price for a monthly/bi-monthly clean, all windows and also the plastic above/below windows and plastic above shutters, Also they need this job done by Thursday so late notice  ;)

hard to tell by pics really.

i would say go with the hourly rate you want £30 - £40 per hour and go from there.

and then the norm stuff:

good access
near to next job
how often
how much you want/need the job

Chris I would say £100 for a one off price that bird crap is going to need some soaking and scrubbing  ;).

Plus those panels look in a right state so a good soak in tfr or ubik should bring them up a treat.

Morning works mate  ;D.

Monthly I would do it for £40- £50 not many windows and the pvc panels wont need rinsing so a quick wash (unless bird crap on them!!!)

Bi monthly £60 same as above mate.

Cheers

Chris just to let you know that you facebook link at the bottom of your posts don't work!!

It should be

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Reflection-Window-Cleaning/325813221893

But you can change that, go into edit group and change the user name and it will show up without the numbers, like mine

£120 for the initial clean.

£65 thereafter, which'll be every other month Id imagine.
