Hi John,

How old is she?

Go out and do it yourself for a day and ask... 'what would I want paying to do this?'

Than you know.

An average person probably delivers 120 ish an hour (depending on many things) so figure out what you want her to get hourly and than you can work out what it will cost you per 1,000.

 ;)

Just realized that answered none of your actual questions.

Going rate is from £30 to £75. It will take her all day to do 1,000 so £50 would be fair (depending on her age)

She is 16 and at college, she will probably do 2 or three hours at a time when she is free .really need to incentivise her to work at a decent rate.rather than just saying 4.50.or 5.00 per hour.

bit different with family tho aint it!

if shes at college you could always say you will pay her say £8 per hour and a bonus for every house picked up from the flyers...

could help towards a new laptop or something??....
