Took a call at home last night from an old customer/friend, she is in her eighties and over the years has been a very good customer to me, buying carpets, blinds and having carpets cleaned. She asked me if it was worth her while getting a small (hoover sized) steam cleaner to take care of any spots. I did offer to go out but it seems she was asking on somebody elses behlalf. I said I would ask the question here.
