I do regular work for 3 cleaning companies, Mostly office spaces but they also pass shops and sparkle cleans etc on to me
Every one has had a go with either a george or a rug doctor in the past and are happy to pay a professional, once you are on mates terms with them they will be fine with you as long as you keep the price low enough for them to make a profit. Make sure you show them around all your gear and the masses of equipment we carry, most cleaners think a vax and a bottle of shampoo is all thats needed lol
I find with commercial work it's all or nothing, at the moment it's mostly what I'm doing, just priced a massive one today, then nothing for ages.
What is your email Ajm, I've just swapped computers as my old one died a death but if I can get onto the hard drive i'll send you some letters that have worked in the past.
