Are your enquiries from the letting agents or the tenants,Ive done 4 in the last week all directly from tenants.
Very unusual for me as I haven't done much EOT work up to now since going full time CC

Nothing directly from any of the agencies I work for,since November !! Stagnant nothing is moving here,had a few that I have done directly for the tenants,but nothing to write home about.
Got a swimming pool viewing area to quote on tomorrow,and lounge and hall,but that`s it

funny you say that as we've had so few eot cleans this month, just 4 since new year in fact and instead more spring cleans then expected. i figured perhaps not many people are moving so close to after xmas but maybe not.

They are my banker,I normally have about 1.5k a month from the 3 that i work for put together,been calling them to check that all is well,and no one is moving.
Did do one on Sat that was through the scirocco register,which was a bonus
