ksr 80 john hewitt

I bought one to make a trolley with but turned it on with water now its dead no power to pump.says battery is nesrly dead on the battery meter but its not going up by charging it.
Any ideas? Or anyone had same problem themselves?

put the charger on it, and turn it on it  it should run ok

if not battery is shagged

played about with the wires and now its working to a fashion,however.
this is brand new and have just tried to set it as a trolley and its not sucking anything out the bottle!
Anybody got any suggestions please as im pulling my hair out,i have coming out of my backside and really need a trolley to go with my backpack.
put the charger on it, and turn it on it  it should run ok

if not battery is shagged

I've always had trouble setting the pumps to suck. They are designed to handle pressure, not suction. I have the pump pushing through the bottle, not sucking out of it.

Ahh, I assumed you meant the DI bottle. I guess you didn't. Do you maybe need to prime the pump?

Six screws hold a wee compartment to the pump body,(not the pressure switch) loosen them off and lift off the compartment. Inside is a small spring and a plastic valve, the valve sticks, even in new pumps, don't know why though. Wiggle the valve till it moves and then put it together again, water will flow through as it should.
