I must be going soft.

Been cleaning this lady 26yrs, she has never put me off ever. But last time she was £3 short and I said pay me next time, went back today and she has only gone and died. Her daughter said send your final bill for me to settle and I must be going soft as I told her we were all up to date. ;D
