Low moisture Bonnet Mopping Machine Advice

Could you guys please recommend any decent rotary machines for low moisture bonnet mopping in a commercial enviroment. (Nylon office carpets) I prefer HWE but have been asked for this method. Very large areas.

Heavy & slow is what you need.

For office environment 17" or 20"
