van heater

as i am unable to run an electric cable to my van to have an electric heater running at night can anyone suggest a suitable heater to try and stop water and hoses freezing up as i am unable to take equipment inside at night.any suggestions at all welcome.

I started using a fan heater, it was ok untill it got really cold, i have got an oil filled rad now works much better

Run them off a generator do you mate?

I use a calor gas heater and it works great. Best make sure there is nothing flammable around it though! I keep a close eye on it whilst it heats up. Usually done in 1/2 hr or so.
