What gets me is they cancel at the drop of a hat but if you have to cancel for snow or machine breakdown they get the lip on,some are understanding others just rant had one where could not get to her because of weather 2 weeks ago her mother booked in today so rang last night to confirm "you let my daughter down so I got someone else" I replied if she had actually looked out of the window the day her daughters was booked  ::)

Got someone else without even cancelling?

I would have lost the plot on her... what if you never confirmed and rocked up there

I think every body gets these great customers who cancel hours before or even better do not cancel at all and you find out when you have wasted your diesel and your time when their is no one in ( these people pee me off )
best one i had was going to a job and finding the carpet cleaner answer the door , then the customer say she thought this company was us, then started shouting at the cleaner saying he had no right to do the job as she had canceled his company  as he was to expensive. don't know what the end result was as i made a quick exit when she started shouting and screaming at this poor guy
PS i hope he well over charges
