Sorting out a round
« on: December 17, 2010, 03:33:44 pm »
When the calls come in do you put the areas down as different days so that there is space to fill them up. Rather than run around doing everywhere on the same day.

I have spread the work so that each area is about half full is this good any ideas. Or am I talking poope

my advice would be to fill your morning up with work all in the same area then use the afternoon to canvass the area.

gets nice and compact that way ... try posting a slip to 5 houses either side of the one u just cleaned slip should say along the lines of "ive just cleaned the windows at Number 3 ... would you like yours doing" or summit like that

Get it right at the start and you won't have to rejig everything like I am at the moment.

Think ahead to how you're going to run it when you're full and plan for that now and run it like that now.
