Had a quick play around with Cleaners Mate today.

Doesnt quite fit what I am looking for but is close.

Ideally I want to be able to do a quotation, send the info to techs smartphone/iphone and manage the calendars/schedules of all my techs whilst allowing multiple pcs to access.

We use ipads for our quoations using spreadsheets in Numbers but there must be a way to tie it all together.

Any ideas?

I read a post by Kev Loomes recently in which he said there was a big update coming in January. Might be worth a call to see if your suggestions are included.
