Cleaning or Washing ??
« on: November 13, 2010, 12:19:37 pm »
Just redrafting my invoice slips.....

I am WFP and for the last 3 years my sips have read  'your windows have been cleaned today'  much like everyone elses i expect.

But should it be changed  to 'your windows have been washed today' is that not more correct for what we are actually doing ??  or do you think it really doesn't make a blind bit of difference to the customer.

Having read other posts about customers cancelling as WFP seems to be its own worst enemy for keeping windows cleaner for longer, i am saying to my customers that by giving your windows a wash / rinse every 6/8 weeks will maintain them in optimum condition.

By the way a bit cheeky but anyone interested in a Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 16v Sxi 2008 3 door in silver, 12k on the clock FSH, Air Con / CD / MP3 / still under warranty.  £6950.     Based in Kent.  Email me.

psychologically, i would keep it as cleaned rather than washed or rinsed, because you are a window cleaner not a window washer or rinser.
