Generally keep your lower hand below your waist and let your elbow swing, do not have both hands above the waist pushing the pole, for goodness sake get a 1kg pole Max and lighter brush, use the elastic bands/grips mentioned above and yes do the warm ups and cool downs before and after work. Take Ibrufen at weeknds when your resting, they aint good if taken all week abd will give the muscles time to relax a bit. If nothing is helping try an accupuncurist at least twice. Hope this helps.
