well for me to be honest what they have done has peed me off,i personally brought the software weither they say it or not because they did say they were going to add a number of features like the debt list and other bits on the main program and they were promoting the fact they were. Is a legal action approach needed IMO no its way to ott.

To be honest with the debt on the lite finished and a free continue of the licence OR we get a hard copy of the licence FREE i would be happy.
If the program goes wrong a fresh install and away i go again WithOut asking for help.
Lets face it , it works they just got to be far about there next move ::)

I still prefer my Excel spreadsheets, you can with the right formulas etc get it to calculate your end of year accounts and tax etc.

I think if legal action is pushed they will just liquidate the company as advised my their financial adviser

then everyone will be knackered!!!

i think they will be fair ive spoke to the guys and met them in person, the more i think about it i reckon they made a mistake and now will have to move on and try keep everyone as happy as possible but ultimately they are a business and must make money but i dont get the feeling they will rip anyone off at the end of the day the features werent in any written contract the software was bought as seen , and does the job it should anything else would be a bonus, and from reading between the lines in other posts prolonging its life is a backwards step from them and us as it sounds like the future is this online cloud platform
