Property Management Companies

Who needs them??

Quoted for a gutter clean on a block of flats a few weeks ago, approximately 78 metres of guttering. Heard today that I haven't got the job, but the quote that was accepted was for £85!! :o

I can't compete with ridiculous prices like that. ???

its great isnt it,

dont worry the same old excuses will come out on here,  if they put 5 lads on it, it will only take then 2 hours, so the boss will be making good money,  good half days work for one man  etc etc

i have stopped doing gutters as the prices where getting stupid,  people wanted them done for £15, and can earn more window cleaning

Wonder if its being done with a vac or ladders... Little over a pound a metre sounds very cheap.

How do you get to quote them rg1 ?

There are alot of blocks of flats by me, but nothing that says who manages them.

They contacted me originally and were looking for a quote.

Everyone has at least one big off! Then it's just the usual stuff like broken collarbones, wrists, legs etc ;)

Not broke a bone on a bike, but have ground my elbow down to the bone. Had light graves on the bone so the doc told me. Other than that my ankle now clicks after an off.

Once a biker always a biker. Don't have one at the moment, but every time I hear that noise my head goes up
