Hi

You went from 8mm hose to 6mm & noticed no difference with flow etc.

My question is- Did you have to turn the pump up higher to get the same flow at the brush that you had with 8mm?

Or has anyone done the same?

If I go from 8mm to 6mm will I have to run my pump faster? I currently use flow setting on No 1, digi varistream.

I have,I always used 8mm and thought I'd try the 6mm and I thouht the flow rate was awful on the same setting,I use the Freedom flomaster.
I even put the setting up a few on the dial and the pressure still did not match the 8mm so I put my 8mm back on the reel!

Thanks, just got some new 8mm & it looks huge! Think it's 'cos my old 8mm hose is so worn, it's about 3 years old & had some hard use, the yellow outer has nearly worn through!
