converted the last of my customers!
« on: November 02, 2010, 09:42:54 am »
decided yesterday to convert my block of granny flats to wfp.initially i had my doubts about doing this as i clean 32 flats but dont clean 5 ground floor flats and was worried about splashing water on their windows!but a polite knock on their doors before i cleaned the upper flats sorted it.everyone was fine with it!i did quickly blade any water that landed on their windows though.the ground floors are staying trad for now.

so now im virtually ladderless apart from the odd flat roof up and overs and unlocking gates etc. :D :D :D

i would say im 80% WFP/20% TRAD now.

happy days!

im also noticing im speeding up even more after 5 months of wfp on some work!

Nice one I tried just giving the window sill on the bottoms a quick wipe with a cloth and wipe the top with brush water switched off gets rid of a lot of excess water But its a great feeling when they all converted

I've now only got two bungalows left that I trad.  I recently converted a few other bungalows over in one road as it had reached the point where I would have needed an increase.  I gave a choice in this instance.  I said that I either needed more money from them or I needed to be able clean more quickly.  So the (OK) prices are still the same and I get around the work more quickly.  Some of these bungalows needed a hop-up on some windows so were a bit fiddly and a couple of them had leaded.
