george diary date query?

Hi all

got george installed thoe other night and well pleased with it.

im sure its simple to sort but currently i cannot view past the 19th december this year - does anyone know how to overcome this or is it because nothing booked in beyond that ? as i notice the next clean is autio scheduled in diary until the next clean is completed as done.  ???

probably because nothing is booked in,ive just gone past december

I'm guessing it's because you have a trial license. My copy shows next year ok.

Hi,

George will give you 4 weeks schedule in advance if you are on a 4 weekly cleaning cycle. If you have an annual job and you did it yesterday, it will be programmed in your diary for next year.  I have 1 for Sept 2011 then nothing after that.

I have 1 job showing for April next year which is scheduled on that date. Otherwise the last date of regular cleans is the 2nd of next month - 1 cleaning cycle away.

We have had George for 4.5 years now. It's always been like this.

Hi

You can only see the next due completion for each Job on the main Job or Diary View screens.

You need to view or print a WorkList to see your future workload for any period - a week, month year or whatever.
