i ache
« on: October 26, 2010, 01:34:11 pm »
After a day and a half of wfping, my neck aches and my arms hurt, i thought it was susposed to be easier than going up a ladder, i feel knackered. >:(

I hope it gets easier and i build the stamina for it, im sure it will, but a little reassurance might help me get through the pain barrier.

I used to ache big time when I first started wfp too mate, but it does get easier..dont forget you are using different muscles.....
A good tip is to stand further away from the window (upstairs!) you are cleaning, so that you havent got your neck at such an angle when looking up
You can't polish a turd

will try that out once the rain has stopped. Once you get used to it, is it less tiring than going up ladders?

I nearly gave up after the first day!!

It is a killer for the first couple of weeks mate but stick with it and it gets a lot easier and faster ;)
