Getting ready for the switch over trad to WFP
« on: October 26, 2010, 09:20:12 am »
Just been reading Lee's post about going WFP and didnt want to hijack it so hence the reason for this post.

I will be changing my round over to wfp within the next 1 or 2 cleans and have been getting ready by doing the following.

Making sure all the tops of the frames are mint - plus the sides and the sills
Using pure water in my bucket with a weak mix of ettoire squeegee off
Doing conny windows with p/f trolley so customers can have see how clean they come up

Would you give them a letter explaining how WFP works / explaining the benefits or dont bother and just get on with it.

Anything else I can be doing now ???

dont bother just get one with it, if any one says  any thing just say h and s,    just make sure you spend the time on the first 2 cleans  and it should be a breeze,   any one who cancels becasue there is water on the windows are ususally a pain and look for reasons to cancel any way,  u start to notice the people who cancel are the bad payers any way

i printed a load of letters off but in the end chucked most of them in the bin!!didnt need them!most custies are really not bothered how you clean the windows as long as there clean when you ve finished!

most of my custies just trusted me that i knew what i was doing even when i didnt and made a mess of their windows!they gave me a few goes to get it right!been cleaning most of them over 10 years though! ;) ;D ;D
