when pricing

do you count windows and and allow for access easy/pain

or

do you estimate time it would take

and is the rate a certain percentage higher than domestic and is it usually acceptable rate?

im near colchester in essex and not looking to obtain any big commercial contract but would like a handful of commercials any ideas on whats good to go after and type of commercials?

an optimist takes the tartare sauce with him when he goes fishing -

When pricing commercials I think of 3 things:

1.count the windows - get a price
2.work out how long it will take - get a price
3.Then I concider how much I want the job, whether it is worth going in with a smaller price.

Then base my quote of these three things.
