Pricing Fascia cleans.
« on: October 01, 2010, 07:49:42 pm »
i think I read on here that I should be charging about £2 a metre to clean facias.  Is that the outside of the gutter and the underneath bit as well?

Also is a metre normally the gap between 2 brackets?

Hi Jonathan

£2 per metre is about right for fascias & soffits (the underneath bit) ;) I wouldn't go by the distance between brackets as being a metre. Best to just pace it out from one end to the other.

Hope this helps ;)

I suppose it depends where you are based as well.  Going to go with 2 quid a metre and see how he takes it.
