Hi Creighton,

Your site appears 4th on page 2 for me as well. As Mike says your index page title is 'Home' so I'm amazed it appears that highly. The tile tag is one of the most important elements of your site not only in search engine terms but its also what shows at the top of your listing on search results, change it to 'Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Swansea' or something similar and you will see an improvement in your rankings.
