Yes clean all frames and sills all the time and priced into the quotation when I first price a new property.

cills included , frames extra , normally i charge the same again purely based on time !
( im trad , i guess wfp would have to do frames . )

I have never understood why a customer would pay for only glass to be cleaned, I know I wouldnt. I think its better to just price properly and do the job properly.
