help with a builders clean quote wording please

Am doing a quote for a builders clean quote. Am putting in there about having a scratch wavier but not sure how to word it.

Can anyone help me out here ? Need to get it off asap.

Also has anyone got a scratch wavier i could have ?  ;D

In the terms of your quote state that the builder must agree to the use of scrapers and that you will not be held liable for any scratches or any after marks resulting from the removal of debris from the windows.

I would get a scratch waiver signed to cover you. I do and I have never had a problem.

if you need a waiver call me and I will send it over if not, then thats cool but be forwarned builders cleans is a kettle of fish if you dont cover yourself you can and will be stung..
