It's Bargain Hunt time
« on: August 15, 2010, 07:49:25 pm »
Hi Guys,

Would like to do a bulk buy from one company if possible for:

Resin
Orange type Hoselock Connectors (can't remember the brand name)
MDR
8mm Hoseclips for connecting Stop Tap
Approx 10m of Transfer Pump Hose
100m of 8mm microbore off the reel

I've read the recent post on Winsol Crystal Clear 550, so will give that a go for MDR but any other companies out there that can supply the whole lot to save on postage costs and maybe receive a discount for the bulk buy.

Thanks in advance,
Lance

Looks like i'll be call purefreedom in the morning.

Just check the difference in hosereel price btween them and another company (won't name who). Purefreedom - £39.59 for replacement 100m of 8mm microbore. The others want £75.

Don't know if Purefreedom's is Streamline but I guess it will be cause that's where I got my original kit from.

Hi mate, you can buy my hose and reel for 30 pounds inc postage if you like, the reel is plastic though, its 3 yrs old, but still ok, had to get a 6mm as was getting different pressures out of each reel.

I don't 'expect' anything in life Ewan but if you don't ask, you don't get. Probably a couple of hundred pounds worth all in, so yes I'll try my luck.

Just because I'm not spending thousands I don't wish to receive a crap service either. I do hope you're not a supplier with comments like that
