[REVIVE-A-DRIVE]

just cleaned a block pave drive and i then resanded it then sealed it,
when i went back to collect the payment some off the sand was on the block paving stuck in the sealent it look crap so i said it must hav blown on there and i'll go back on monday to sort it out,
i have a hot box on my van so was thinking about useing hot water to remove the sealent,or is there a better way?
also when i was putting the sealent on i did notice some off the sand sticking to the roller could this have been the prob?

What type of sealant did you use? Was it a Polyurethane or an Acryllic? If you used the Resiblock range it may be almost impossible to remove. Having said that there's always a way. Is the sand all over the place or just in spots?  Need a little more info.

I don't think you'll have any look with a hotbox mate and a word of warning for the future - use a sprayer or you will have this problem again if you continue to use a roller.

As your a revive-a-drive you should speak to Ken to ask for his advice, however, I would personally use some xylene with a sprayer, re pressure wash and sand and seal.  This may cost you more money but it will ensure you and the customer are happy with the job.
