Just search for domestic cleaners through google, and go to the terms pages at the websites you find.
It's all there, but remember not to copy it word for word cos thats copyright infringement.
I'm still adapting mine, so it isnt finished.
Just need to inclue payment terms, health and safety, cancellation, min hours required, anything you think its important. You can't go far wrong if you find some good websites.
