Fine Fabric Cleaning

Do any of you clean fine fabrics, the real high end fabrics that can often be a real swine to clean. I'm thinking in particular of Rayon / Viscose that are a real pain to clean.
Any hints and tips. I'm thinking Nigel Woodhead is going to be the man with the answers.
