Probably a small trolley/sack barrow type system.

If you are certain that you will only ever do so few houses, it possibly won't be worth setting up an RO.  Just DI only perhaps?
If expanding is a possibility, then you may need an RO eventually.

Not looking to expand but would need a ready to use system.

shaun buy a di vessel from here with resin, www.daqua.co.uk and a trolley or back pack from here http://www.johnhewitt.com/wc.htm

all you need than is a pole and brush. although di only in your area is not the best idea if you are only doing 5 propertys a month it will last ages ie months/years
