advice on back packs needed

hi , ive been trad for 7 months now and ive quite a few houses with hard to reach windows , i dont like walking on tiles !! ive read on here about back packs and trolleys but im not in a position to splash out on a trolley system and im no good at putting a diy system together . ive got a few questions - how do i make water suitable ( im in watford which is hard water area ) , as im not planning on using backpack alot is it possible to buy water already at 0 reading ?  ???

Yes there are lots of places where you can buy pure water. I know where the places are around here but not where you live. Maybe you could Google it and find out where your nearest place is..

i recommend you looking on the johnhewitt website for prices on ro and di.
i wouldnt recommend buying it as it will become expensive.
john hewitt has some very good cheap backpacks too.
I also recommend you think about getting a wagtail whirlwind and a traditional pole to do the hard to reach windows,wouldnt cost you no more than £50 to £60 and you have a great pole and a wagtail.

thanks for the replys , im going to check out websites youve recomended . as for the wagtail i dont think it will work as some are leaded light windows . thanks again for advice ;D
